• 2+ years dispatch or transportation coordination experience
• Calm under pressure with strong communication skills
• Familiarity with TMS / routing software
• Tri-state geography knowledge a strong plus

Source, vet, and manage carriers for our nationwide specialty brokerage. Build the book that moves freight beyond the tri-state.

• Freight brokerage or carrier-sales experience preferred
• Negotiation skills and a relationship-first mindset
• Understanding of FMCSA authority, insurance, and vetting
• Specialty-freight exposure (cold chain, hazmat, OOG) a plus

Perform dedicated local pick-up and delivery routes from Farmingdale. Our primary need is for Class B box-truck capacity; Class A and C independent motor carriers are also considered.

• Valid Class A, B, or C CDL, current medical card, and a clean DMV record
• 2+ years of commercial driving experience, including city driving in all weather conditions
• Load, secure, inspect, and fuel equipment; keep paperwork and cargo supplies organized
• Follow DOT, OTT safety, quality, ISO, and HR standards with urgency and customer focus
