OnTime Connect
The shipper-facing layer over our tri-state network: real-time tracking, EDI integration, and a customer portal rolling out in 2026. Honest about what is live today and what is on the way.
OnTime Connect
Visibility and integration over a 42-year network
You quote and book the lane on the Quote page — with a live transit estimate the moment both ZIPs are entered. OnTime Connect is the layer on top: how you track it, integrate it into your systems, and manage the account.
Real-time tracking
Status by reference or PRO number, with appointment-window milestones — the same data dispatch sees, surfaced to you.
EDI integration
We exchange load tenders, status, and invoices over EDI 204 / 210 / 214 / 990 today, with a REST API on the 2026 roadmap.
Customer portal
A single login for shipment history, saved lanes, claims, and invoicing — previewed below, rolling out in 2026.

Test-partner onboarding
We run EDI test cycles with new trading partners before going live. Send your maps and we will schedule a test window: sales@ontimetrucking.com.
Security & data handling
Shipment data is transmitted over encrypted EDI VAN / AS2 connections. A SOC 2 Type II examination is on our 2026 roadmap; our current data-handling summary is available to shippers under NDA.

Saved lanes & reorder
One-click re-tender of recurring lanes — no re-typing freight details.
