Meet dispatch
At OnTime you call a person, not a queue. The desk that routes your day has been doing tri-state freight for years and knows the docks you'll be backing into.
"Twelve years on this desk. I know every loading dock in Manhattan — which ones open at 6, which super to call, where to stage. When you call me, I already know your route."
OnTime vs. the new Deer Park terminal
New terminals open in the tri-state and hire fast. Here's an honest, side-by-side on the things drivers actually care about.
| OnTime Trucking | A new linehaul terminal | |
|---|---|---|
| Home time | Home every night — tri-state only, no linehaul | Linehaul and overnight runs common at a new terminal |
| Who you talk to | Named, tenured dispatchers who know the docks | Rotating dispatch at a brand-new operation |
| Payment speed | Weekly pay + 24-hr quick-pay for O/Os | Standard corporate payroll cycle |
| Equipment | 2022–2025 trucks with liftgates | Mixed fleet age while a terminal spins up |
